Michelle Paul Heelan

Michelle Paul Heelan currently assists government agencies in evaluating the impact of various human resource initiatives, including employee training, leadership development and customer service interventions. In a previous role, Heelan led a multi-year research effort to isolate those organizational characteristics associated with high-performing private and public organizations and assist companies improve their “organizational health.” Using interview, focus group and survey methodologies, Heelan combines her solid research methods acumen with a broad data analytic capability, providing excellent service to her clients. Michelle is also a competent trainer and group facilitator, delivering effective executive briefings and training for a managers and work-life professionals across the public and private sectors.

Michelle earned a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Maryland. She received a bachelor of art's degree (Summa Cum Laude) in psychology and sociology from Emory University.
