Ryan K. Lahti, Ph.D

Ryan K. Lahti, Ph.D. is the Principal of OrgLeader, LLC, a leadership and organizational effectiveness firm that partners with Telecommuting Advantage Group. For the last two decades, he has worked with organizations ranging from the entrepreneurial level to the Fortune 100 level in over 18 industries to help them enhance their performance.

In addition to being trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist, Ryan is a professional in leadership, executive coaching and organizational development which enables him to collaborate with clients to design and implement the optimal telework/flexwork solution. For example, Ryan's work has included providing change management consulting that determined sponsorship, established on-going communication and ensured accountability for organizational solutions. He has developed and facilitated leadership programs and executive off-sites. He has coached leaders to enhance their own and their team's effectiveness. In addition to this experience, Ryan has negotiated telework/flexwork arrangements as well as crafted and implemented organizational assessments.
